30 years of AOP Minervois

On Sunday the 14th of June, we celebrate 30 years of Minervois. Yes, it was in 1985 that our beloved appellation was created by the INAO. To show off the best of the appellation, we are organizing a festive, relaxed and fun afternoon on our large sunny terrace. During the guided pairing lunch of fine tapas, you will discover surprising tastes, tips and delicious local hand-crafted produce. The commentaries will be in both French and English.




Cuvée Alice, La Tradition rouge, Les Capitelles, Cariñu, Prince Arthur...

These wines will be served as an accompaniment to a lunch designed to show both them and the food off to their best advantage:

  • A rosé apéritif
  • A lovely platter of high quality, fresh and varied local produce including artisanal produce from foie gras, to l’Oulibo tapenades, to anchoïade and salade,
  • Artisanale cheese from the  Combebelle goat’s cheese farm
  • A delicious home-made dessert



All this with musical ambiance provided by Gé de Montpellier on the guitar with accompanying percussions
