Created in 1942, the olive co-operative l'Oulibo transforms olives for eating and makes them commercially available. It is the only co-operative in Aude and one of the largest olive oil mills in France.
La Maison de la Truffe (Truffles) houses the Aude Truffle producers association whose mission is to cultivate passion for this delicacy and to spread knowlege and understand of all things truffle amongst the general public.
