Training Cellar

This winery has been operational since 2012: production capacity of 1.600 m² a total of 2,000 HL. This polygon building topped with a remarkable framework was created by the Companions of the Tour de France in 1900 (3x350m2), which uses a gravitational system that predates modern winemaking technology. :



Upper level: Reception of the harvest at 1 meter above the road level, sorting, de-stemming, and gravitational depositing of the grapes into the tanks




At the intermediate level: Winemaking and maturing in tanks, 2 m below the road level.






At 1 Lower: Winemaking and maturing tanks and temperature controlled oak aging cellar, 4 m below the road level
